We are expanding and need passionate, experienced Head and Assistant Coaches that have either coached 1-2 years OR have played Club/HS/College/University ball and are eager to learn. We will have multiple levels of teams, and coaches will be placed within their level of ability.

The goal of the 41SIX Volleyball Club is to live our philosophy tied to the “athlete-centered” approach and effectively impact young athletes through positive reinforcement, building character, developing skills, fueling passion and nurture self-confidence, all so vital to young athletes today.

41SIX commits to excellence, and we strive to attract the best coaches to join our program. We see coaching as a lifelong education, and therefore provide unique learning opportunities for our coaches. 41SIX will guide coaches through their Volleyball Canada Certification and will compensate for their coaching education throughout the season.

​

All coaches will undergo background checks through the Ontario Volleyball Vulnerable Sector Screening (Police Check). Even though our Coaches are compensated, their priority and passion must be the youth and the sport and doing it to a level of excellence. The compensation is simply a nice perk.
