Presidents Message

Neil Bolton founded the 41SIX Volleyball Club with a clear vision and unwavering commitment to providing a unique and inclusive environment for young athletes in the East End Beaches community. Dissatisfied with the prevalent politics and favoritism often found in traditional volleyball clubs, Neil sought to create a space where the focus remained squarely on the development and well-being of the athletes.

One of the primary motivations behind the inception of 41SIX Volleyball Club was Neil's belief in letting athletes truly learn and grow within the sport, free from the constraints of external pressures or agendas. He envisioned a club where players could thrive in an atmosphere of genuine support and encouragement, where their passion for volleyball could flourish organically.

Neil takes immense pride in the club's commitment to long-term athlete development, prioritizing holistic growth over short-term gains or victories. By instilling values such as perseverance, discipline, and teamwork, 41SIX aims to equip its athletes with the skills and mindset needed to succeed not only in volleyball but also in life beyond the court.

Furthermore, Neil holds a deep respect for the coaches within the club, recognizing their invaluable role in shaping the athletes' journeys. By fostering a culture of mutual respect and appreciation, 41SIX ensures that coaches are empowered to guide and mentor athletes to reach their full potential.

Above all, Neil's decision to establish 41SIX Volleyball Club was driven by a desire to keep the spirit of volleyball alive and thriving within the East End Beaches community. By providing a welcoming and inclusive space for athletes of all backgrounds and skill levels, the club serves as a beacon of unity and camaraderie, strengthening the bonds within the local community.

In essence, 41SIX Volleyball Club stands as a testament to Neil Bolton's unwavering dedication to creating a positive and nurturing environment where athletes can excel, learn, and grow, both as players and individuals, all while staying true to the values of integrity, respect, and community.
